[Bug 40904] [PATCH] menu to force aspect ratio does wrong thing

Description:
right now forcing aspect ratio to 4:3 will force the 
pixel aspect ratio to 4:3 not the screen aspect ratio.

in the case of 4:3, 16:9 and DVB this should be screen aspect
ratio. 

i filed a bug with patch about this upstream

would be nice to see this in dapper.
