[Bug 40918] totem in breezy-updates depends on unavailable totem-xine

Description:
The totem dummy package in breezy-updates (= 
1.2.0-0ubuntu3.1) depends on the corresponding version of either totem-gstreamer or totem-xine, but only totem-gstreamer is available in breezy-updates.

This means that on a system with totem-xine update-notifier complains
about totem being kept back, and an attempt to update totem individually
tries to replace the xine backend with the gstreamer one.
