[Bug 40974] When starting gdmsetup (Administration -> Login Window), "Starting Login Window" taskbar entry remains

Description:
Start gdmsetup from System->Administration.
The startup notification entry will remain for a while.

This doesn't happen with 'sudo' from the command line, and could be a
result of the recent move to gksu.
