[Bug 41006] Outdated Tomboy Icon

Description:
The latest tomboy package ships with new artwork from jimmac, but the
menu icon and the icon in "add to panel" still show the old artwork,
because they use the icon from the icon theme, which is supplied by
tangerine. please update to the following:
