[Bug 41037] GtkIconView is sometimes slightly corrupted

Description:
When I move mouse over icons in the "Add to Panel" dialog, the text is
slightly corrupted. When I move mouse out it sometimes restores to
normal, sometimes it doesnt.

In addition, similar problem is reproducable with MonoDevelop's "New
Solution" dialog, when selecting C# -> Samples.

These issues are corrected when the widget is redrawn.
