[Bug 41065] Window selector: sort items by recent usage

Description:
I wish that the window-selector panel applet would sort its items like
ALT-TAB does, i.e. by recent usage time. This would 1. make it easier to
toggle between two windows 2. allow to keep more windows open and
minimize the average time to switch window.
