[Bug 41110] Totem-xine does not open shoutcast-streams

Description:
unlike totem-xine in breezy, it does not open shoutcast-streams (.pls, mostly mp3 or similar) in dapper.
Xine itself is able to read the streams.
An example of this regression is the radio-stream on www.gamesports.de.
