[Bug 41217] emblems aren't arranged properly in Emblems tab of directory Properties

Description:
I am running nautilus 2.14.1-0ubuntu4 and noticed when I right-clicked
on a directory, selected properties, and selected the emblems tab that
the emblems are all in single-file. What's odd is that there seems to be
enough room for three columns of them. If I resize the properties window
then they line up in multiple columns.

I think the problem is some long emblem names, like "stockpile-priority-
high." Whatever the problem, it makes the emblems tab look unpolished.
