[Bug 41335] Totem refuses to play DVDs in some situations with Dapper

Description:
I have the current version of Dapper installed on my Dell Inspiron 6000.
When I insert a DVD it begins to play successfully; however, there are
no menus. If I try to see a menu (with an option in the Go menu), it
fails. If I try to stop and restart the DVD, it fails. If I exit, reopen
Totem and try to play the DVD it tells me the I "do not have the correct
plugins to handle it." I have got libdvdcss2, libdvdnav4, and
totem(-gstreamer) installed. I've seen bugs similar to this, but none
the same. I've tested this issue with my Region 2 LOTR: The Two Towers
disc.
