Public bug reported:

Affects: gnome-media (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
I am using Dapper Flight 6, fully updated. I just tried to record a file
in sound recorder. It worked fine on the default format and playback was
fine.

After choosing "Voice, Lossy (Ogg Multimedia)" and recording something
(which worked fine), playing it back gave me an error that I did not
have the decoder needed to listen to the file. Trying to play the file
in Totem gave the same result.

I tried to find out what the format is (I assumed that it was Speex) but
the help file doesn't say. The speex file from the example-content works
fine.
