[Bug 41422] Network monitor applet with two gaps when monitoring Wireless link

Description:
 The wireless icon for Network Monitor applet shows a big gap between
the network (two computers) icon and the signal strength, which makes
the applet really ugly. It adds another gap at the end as well.
