[Bug 41584] Tango icon for "About GNOME"

Description:
I requested to make the "About GNOME" entry (System menu) themable (see
https://launchpad.net/bugs/41468).

Would be nice to have a tangofied version of the gnome foot in the icon
theme. I got this orange tango foot from Jakub, includes 16x16, 22x22,
24x24 as well as a scalable vector version.
