An update:
I did
$ /usr/lib/control-center/gnome-settings-daemon --sync

so I got this:
Error:            Can't find file "pc" for symbols include
                  Exiting
                  Abandoning symbols file "(null)"
[1146099814,000,xklavier.c:XklStartListen/]  The backend does not require manual layout management - but it is provided by the application[1146099832,000,xklavier_config_xkb.c:_XklConfigGetKeyboard/]      Could not load /etc/X11/xkb/xkbcomp output as XKM file, got 127 (asked 127)

** (gnome-settings-daemon:5712): WARNING **: Could not activate the XKB configuration
Segment Violation

then
$ cd /etc/X11/xkb/symbols
/etc/X11/xkb/symbols$ sudo mv pc pc.bak
/etc/X11/xkb/symbols$ sudo mv pc.dpkg-new pc

again
/usr/lib/control-center/gnome-settings-daemon --sync

but this time:

again

Sometimes I just got: Segment violation, sometimes:
Warning:          For the map basic101 an explicit group specified
Warning:          but key <TLDE> has more than one group defined
                  All groups except first one will be ignored
Warning:          For the map basic101 an explicit group specified
Warning:          but key <AE01> has more than one group defined
                  All groups except first one will be ignored
Warning:          For the map basic101 an explicit group specified
Warning:          but key <AE02> has more than one group defined

without success, I don` t know if what I did was right or not, please any help.
