[Bug 41864] Help broken in gnome-default-applications-properties

Description:
When you click the Help button in gnome-default-applications-properties,
the help application starts but gives an error.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Run gnome-default-applications-properties
2) Click on the help button

Expected results:
1) Lots of nice information about how to set default application preferences

Actual results:
1) An error dialog box pops up saying

"Could not load section
The section ‘goscustdoc-2’ does not exist in this document. If you were directed to this section from a Help button in an application, please report this to the maintainers of that application."
