Hi,

The issue seems to be that you have both xscreensaver and gnome screensaver installed. By default only gnome screensaver is installed, and so there is only one menu entry in the preferences menu.

I am closing this bug. If you so desire please file a bug against the xscreensaver package, or the main menu asking for better distinction between the two screensavers' preferences entry in the menu.
