[Bug 55604] Traceroute acquiescence of TTL not agree with actual results

Public bug reported:

1.Check up acquiescence TTL:cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_default_ttl,showed 64; 
2.Open "network tool ->Tracerouter"; 
3.Imported domain or IP,and the clicking of the "tracking"; 
4.When it can be seen on TTL=31 In that region, and stop tracking.
