[Bug 55615] Cannot cancel remove in Backgrouds and Emblems

Public bug reported:

Open File Browser,click Edit->Backgrounds and Emblems->Colours,add a new
colour,then click Remove a Colour->Colours->Cancle Remove,now open a add
colour window,not cancel remove.Module Patterns has the same Problem
also.
