[Bug 55579] Re: Can't delete startup program that the system offered

The delete button is disabled on all start up programs, for me,
including things like nm-applet, update-notifier and beagle.

My understanding is that it's not a dupe of bug 40207 as currently I
can't remove things even in the GUI.
