[Bug 52100] Doesn't not have the Centeral standard time zone

Public bug reported:

When i go to the clock and click ajust time and date, type the root
password, i cannot fine Centeral standard time. I live in florida but
there is notthing that i can click on that says florida. This may not
seem like a bug, but when i send emails and login to the system my time
is several hours off. I cannot have this. PLease fix this or tell me
what i'm doing wrong.
