[Bug 56458] devhelp gedit plugin not properly installed

Public bug reported:

devhelp ships a gedit plugin which allows to search the current word in devhelp.
The plugin doesn't seem to be properly installed by the package.

Looking at the installed files by the devhelp package you see:

...
/usr/lib/gedit-2
/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins
/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/devhelp
/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/devhelp/__init__.py
/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/devhelp/devhelp.py
...

however those are not enough: there should also be a
/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/devhelp.gedit-plugin file so that gedit detects
the plugin
