Voila! I 've changed the languaje of my ubuntu, to see the bug in
english, then googled:

"cannot open" "the contents of the file indicate"
(If you search this in google, you got so much sites with this bug)

I found too that this bug was reported (as I thought and said before)
because of it's multiple filetypes it can be founded.
