[Bug 74002] [Feisty] File Roller's "Extract" button no longer functions

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: file-roller

File Roller will not extract files in Feisty when the user selects the
"Extract" button. No error messages are displayed, almost as if the
button isn't "hooked up" to the program. Files can still be extracted
with File Roller by right-clicking an archive in Nautilus and selecting
"Extract Here".
