[Bug 63596] [services-admin] apache2 service not listed

Not sure if this is a bug at all, but at least it's regression from Dapper.

I have apache2 (+depends) installed and I cannot find apache2 service
listed on services-admin dialog. postfix is listed though and it seems
to have same runlevel config as apache2.

$ sysv-rc-conf --list | grep apache
apache2      0:off      1:off   2:on    3:on    4:on    5:on    6:off

$ sysv-rc-conf --list | grep postfix
postfix      0:off      1:off   2:on    3:on    4:on    5:on    6:off
