[Bug 74725] please drop 03_dbus.patch

Public bug reported:

Running with a private instance automatically when the session bus isn't available is not the right thing to do. It will lead to the user changes (esp. bookmarks set) during the session to NOT be preserved for the next run.
(Also the dialogue added isn't i18n'd.)
