[Bug 74860] save attachments overwrites existing files without asking

Public bug reported:

Clicking on "save" at the top of the email opens the save dialog. Then
the user will choose  a folder to save the file into. The attachment
will be saved and any existing files will be overwritten without telling
the user so.
