[Bug 74907] nautilus and the "open file" dialog

When you press ctrl+l in nautilus, you get this:

But when you do in the open file dialog, this is what you get:

Shouldn't the address bar be replacing the buttons instead of appearing
under them? I think it should, for the sake of coherence.
