Works fine for me on feisty now, maybe you could describe the step you use, something like:
* create a category
* add 4 bookmarks to it
* rename it from the bookmark editor
* close the bookmark editor
* right click on the current browsed page and add it to the new category
* open the bookmark editor

If you do that do you get the bug? It works fine for me, the bookmark is
listed by the new category name
