[Bug 75988] keyboard indicator show ? sign

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

- Add keyboard indicator to the panel.
- Go to Keyboard Preferences and add one more language.
- Click on the keyboard indicator applet.
- It will show "?" sign (without the quotes)
