[Bug 76191] Song notification bubbles sometimes overlap

Some times, when the notification bubble pops-up, it fails to delete the
previous bubble (it only goes away after the little 3 second  delay or
so), instead of overwriting instantly. like it does in Edgy. So when the
"n+1" bubble happens to be smaller than the "n" bubble, you see the two
bubbles overlap, not very tidy...

I played with RB a bit, and I have noticed that SOMETIMES, it works
fine, but most of the time, the bubbles will overlap.

In Edgy it works perfectly, bubbles never ever overlap, new bubbles
instantly overwrite the previous one.

I have noooo idea how to trouble shoot this problem....
