Thanks for the bug report,
There is a field to search for a package, at the very top. It's just above the status and Importance field. To the left of the Sort menu. 
To see all kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts bugs, insert "kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts" in the search field at the top, uncheck all boxes , leave Assignee: at "Doesn't matter", Upstream status as "Doesn't matter", uncheck all boxes in "Other".
