That upload fixes the bug:
epiphany-browser (2.17.4-0ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low
.
* New upstream version:
- Add some more F5 shortcuts to handle all the MSIE "refresh page" bindings
- Change default font sizes to match other popular browsers.
- Lower the priority of the spinner animation so that the animation
does not stop page loading.
- Add "si" to locales always using pango.
- Make progressbar smaller.
- Misc. bug fixes: #372760, #362882, #381099, #382207
- Also you might want to know that this release has initial work to
provide Epiphany icons as themed icons
* debian/control.in:
- don't Build-Depends on quilt
* debian/patches/02_ac_init.patch:
- updated
* debian/patches/99_configure.patch:
- updated
* debian/rules:
- use simple-patchsys.mk for patching
* debian/watch:
- updated
