[Bug 76482] there is no application association for files in nautilus 2.17

Binary package hint: nautilus

In Feisty, current Nautilus 2.17 cannot open files, it has no
associations with applications and they cannot be added manually. When
trying to open a file double clicking, it opens the "install app" panel.
