[Bug 76556] remove /etc/init.d/gdm and it can't be reinstalled

Binary package hint: gdm

remove /etc/init.d/gdm by accident and you won't be able to put the file
back by running sudo apt-get --reinstall install gdm

I'm not sure if this is a bug at all, and / or if it's a bug with gdm or
apt-get...
