[Bug 41019] Doesn't allow to decrypt files you have encrypted

Public bug reported:

Double clicking an ecrypted pgp or asc file in gnome/nautilus gives the
following error:

Couldn't display "/home/lee/Desktop/ubuntu-issues.txt.pgp".

I also have in seahorse a preference not to ask what key to use when
encrypting and it asks me everytime.
