[Bug 76623] default screensaver cumbersome on old hardware

Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

The default GNOME behavior of "random screensaver" leads to undesirable
conditions where non-accelerated, low power, or energy conscious
machines may run CPU or GPU hungry screensavers.
