[Bug 46575] screen/display goes blank after long inactive period

Dapper Drake,

Why does my screen/display go blank after a long period of inactivity
even though I have the screen saver turned off and the power management
settings set to NEVER.

And screen blanking/suspend is NOT enabled in BIOS !!!
