[Bug 77476] SoundJuicer needs restart when a pipeline is added

    Dear developpers


    In order to extract CD in mp3 format, I add a new profile. This profile does not appears immediatly in the list of ourput formats : one needs to restart sound-juicer to be able to extract in mp3 format.
   That's an usability bug.
