[Bug 77345] RB should use MusicBrainz for CD track listing lookups

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Currently Sound-Juicer uses MusicBrainz to do its CD track listing
queries and submissions, while Rhythmbox uses FreeDB for its track
listing queries.  Perhaps they should both reference the same code path
(in a library?) to decide whether to use Musicbrainz or FreeDB/CDDB.
