[Bug 30357] gedit and evolution doesn't obey gtk-key-theme

Description:
In Gedit if i set gtk-key-theme to "Emacs" C-e takes me to beginning of line but C-a marks the whole text.
Evolution obeys neither C-a nor C-e.
