[Bug 30436] Font weirdness on "add to panel" dialog in dapper

Description:
Mousing over most of the icons in the "add to panel" dialog will cause
the text under the icons to garble.  Here's a screenshot to see what I'm
talking about:

This is with gnome-panel 2.13.90 on Dapper.
