[Bug 30574] Desktop Shortcuts Do Not Use Prefered Browser

Description:
I'm not sure if this is a problem in Prefered applications or in
Nautilus.  I have Epiphany set as my default browser in Prefered
Applications.  If I drag and drop a link to my desktop and open it, it
will open in Firefox.
