[Bug 29178] password dialog doesn't have focus

Ok, I managed to reproduce this:

1. Lock the screen. Make sure that the password dialogue is NOT shown, but the 'normal screensaver' is active.

2. Switch to console

3. export DISPLAY=:0.0

4. start some application, I've choosen 'gedit'

5. Switch back and notice that you won't get the password dialogue.
