[Bug 31178] HP990c not detected

Description:
When adding a new printer my HP990c is not detected.  It installs fine
manually and via cups using localhost:631.

It is detected fine on Breezy. Hoary and Warty and most other Distros.

It was working fine until Flight 2.

This is duplicatable starting gnome-cups-manager from the command line,
but the standard path is: System>>Administration>>Printing Click on new
printer.

It takes a long time for the New printer dialog to start in Dapper, much
longer than Breezy.
