[Bug 31236] home trash computer and volume icons do not remember their position on the desktop

Description:
Activate showing the home folder, the trash, the computer icon and a few
others (such as network mounts, which are treated as volumes). Position
them in a clean way on your desktop. Logout and login again. The icons'
positions will be reset.
