I have the latest updates to "Breezy Badger" packages as of today (Feb
13, 2006) + latest security updates + universe + backports.  However,
the bug is still there.

I remember indeed seeing locale packages being
updated a few weeks (or months?) ago but it did
not change anything to this problem.
