[Bug 31331] [Dapper] Partitions mounted with option user are no longer shown on desktop

Description:
Up to breezy fat and ntfs partitions mounted with the option user where shown in the places menu and on the desktop. Since dapper this doesn't work anymore. The partitons are correctly mounted though.
Example line that produces an icon on my desk in breezy but not in dapper.
