[Bug 31484] xchat launcher doesn't work after upgrade to Dapper

Comment:
Command is simply xchat.  If I add a new launcher, it sets the command
to xchat-gnome. I guess the app name changed?

I thought it was installed by default, but am not sure. Maybe I ended up
with it because I had it installed in Breezy before the upgrade.
