[Bug 31799] Would like to be able to harvest addresses and certs

Description:
I really like the automatic contacts feature but if I move to a
different box or reinstall I lose all of them.  It would be really nice
if I could tell evolution to scan the email on my server and harvest
addresses and S/MIME certs out of those emails for me.
