[Bug 32036] causes new tabs in gnome-terminal to hang

Description:
unsure how to describe this, but when I have at-spi installed, when I
attempt to open a new tab in gnome-terminal, the new tab hangs and is
really unusable.  On the other hand, opening new windows works fine.

if I remove the package, gnome-terminal behaves normally.
