[Bug 32086] trash-applet: [minor, cosmetic] multiple diskspace notifications may overlap

Description:
The trash applet warns the user when partitions are nearly full by
flashing up a notification for the short period.

The first three of these warnings line up nicely, the fourth one is out
of alignment and with a small white line across it.
